INITIATIVE: The creation of the COUNCIL FOR IMPROVEMENT OF FOREIGNERS AND FAMILY ISSUES (CIFFI).

GOAL: To establish a non-government organization (NGO), which provides support for foreigners living in Japan for the benefit of human welfare and the

improvement of their societal well-being.

 目標

CIFFIは日本で生活する外国人への人間福祉や社会福祉のために支援を行う非政府組織（NGO）の設立を目標とします。

                                  OBJECTIVES OF THE CIFFI 

                                   ⇨活動内容 

1) INTEGRATION: to assist foreigners with any issues relating to their successful transition, integration, or continued residency and living in Japan.

統合：外国人の日本国における移住、社会統合（多文化共生）、また、継続的な居住と生活に関する問題解決支援、及び、援助活動.

2) EDUCATION: to serve as an information agency that provides guidance and assistance in obtaining resources that enhance awareness and upward mobility for foreigners and their families.

教育：外国人、及び、その家族が日本での健全で豊かな日常生活を送るための教育的ガイダンスの設置と情報発信 

3) EMPLOYMENT: to address issues and matters relating to the interest in job-hiring and sustainment of employment by foreigners.

雇用：在日外国人による雇用創出・安定化支援、並びに、就労活動支援 

4) MARRIAGE AND FAMILY: to assist with challenges relating to a family matter experienced by a foreigner, which requires further counsel, aid, or assistance in strengthening the family as a cohesive and effective unit living in Japan.

結婚と家族：外国人家庭・国際結婚家庭が抱える様々な問題の解決支援 

5) SEVERE ISSUES: to address issues that are considered critical or severe by a foreigner, with the goal of achieving positive results or solutions.

深刻な問題：その他、在日外国人が直面する重大と見なされる問題や課

題の解決支援、援助活動.

The CIFFI membership consists of various organizations and representatives aligned to offer support to all foreigners in Japan.
