COUNCIL FOR IMPROVEMENTS OF FOREIGNERS AND FAMILY ISSUES．   

   PURPOSE: The purpose of CIFFI is to promote awareness of issues, challenges, and barriers experienced by non-native-born Japanese and other foreigners living in Japan. Our overall objective is to become a positive voice for those we serve and encourage every individual to seek the best residency experience while living in Japan. 

 目的

CIFFI の活動は外国生まれの日本人、および、日本に在住するの外国人の、個人や家庭、民族における包括的な問題や課題の解決に向けて取り組むものです。また、CIFFIの活動を通して支援を受ける全ての人々が日本で最良の生活を送れるよう、社会全体に啓蒙していくことを目的とします。

SCOPE　OF CIFFI: Nation-wide NGO Organization.

⇨協議会について．

1.　CIFFI is a nationwide council serving throughout Japan with virtual regional offices existing in each Japanese prefecture.

 CIFFI では日本国内の各都道府県にて活動を行うためのバーチャル議会が設置されます。

2. This council consists of a voluntary coalition of international representatives, resident in Japan, which address various issues of foreigners who are living in the country.

協議会は日本に在住する国際社会に取り組みのある議員によって構成されます。

3. The CIFFI serves as a non-political, non-government representative for foreigners and functions as a liaison vehicle by which matters of foreigners can be addressed with the appropriate government, civic, social, non-profit, and other agencies and organizations within Japan.

CIFFI は非政府組織であり、日本国内での外国人問題を適切に対処するため、当団体が適当と定める政府、市民、社会、および、その他非営利組織と連携して問題解決に取り組みます。

4. The CIFFI is not a lobbying organization. However, it seeks to bring about positive change for the improvement of foreigners who live in Japan.

CIFFIは日本国内での外国人問題を漸進的に解決するための活動を行いますが、ロビー団体としては機能しません。

5.The CIFFI will have prefectural advisory representatives, who serve as key liaison agents to ensure each issue or matter reported is duly represented and properly addressed for each foreigner.

CIFFIには各都道府県ごとに担当員を設置し、議会にて報告された事項に対して適切な連絡と対処を行います。 

6. The CIFFI does not represent or serve as a legal or 

judicial entity. However, it serves as an Advocacy

organization for foreigners.

CIFFIは外国人のための支持団体ではありますが、一般法人や司法機関のための営利組織としては機能しません。 

7. The CIFFI does not discriminate or promote the practice of injustice.

CIFFIはあらゆる社会的、また、道徳的規範に反する事項に関して支持や差別行為を行いません。

8. The CIFFI does not operate outside Japan or its territories.

CIFFIは日本国内でのみ活動します．
